Getting Started

The best exercise program for you depends on the type of arthritis you have, how severe it is and which joints are affected. Even if your arthritis has affected your feet, knees or hips, you still can enjoy exercise with a program that won’t aggravate these joints. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program to make sure that it is appropriate for you and will not stress your heart, for example.
